The Analyst will work closely with the Director of Finance & Operations, as well as the investment and investor relations teams, to support budgeting, reporting, fund operations, cash management, and day-to-day operational processes across Maycomb’s management company and multiple fund entities. This role is ideal for an experienced finance and operations professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited to build scalable systems and processes within a growing impact private credit platform.

The Director of Finance & Operations will serve as a key partner to firm leadership and oversee financial planning, treasury management, fund operations, regulatory coordination, and firmwide operational initiatives across Maycomb’s management company and multiple fund entities. This individual will play a central role in strengthening the firm’s infrastructure as Maycomb continues to scale its impact investing business.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with operational leadership, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a lean, collaborative environment. This role spans finance, fund operations, and firm infrastructure management, while partnering closely with external service providers, including Maycomb’s fund administrator, audit firm, legal counsel, and other operational service providers.
